Shipping policy

Cupcake Cat Co. currently ships to eligible physical addresses in the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
Fulfillment location
Orders are fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partner and may ship directly from a warehouse in China. Packages in the same order may occasionally arrive separately.
Processing and delivery estimates
Estimated delivery for U.S. orders is 2–6 weeks from the date of purchase, including processing and transit. This estimate applies to fountains and replacement filters. These estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, and address issues can extend delivery times.
Shipping charges
- Filter-only orders with 1–2 replacement filter packs: $6.99 USD per shipment.
- Filter-only orders with 3 or more replacement filter packs: Free standard shipping.
- Orders containing a fountain: Free standard shipping for the initial order.
Subscription shipments
For filter subscription renewals, shipping is based on the number of replacement filter packs in each recurring shipment: $6.99 USD for 1–2 packs, or free standard shipping for 3 or more packs. Purchasing a fountain with your first subscription order does not make later shipments of 1–2 filter packs free. Review the first-shipment and recurring-shipment charges shown at checkout.
The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.
